1/3 cup diced oil packed sun-dried tomatoes,
drained,  oil  reservedDressing:
1/2  red  onion,  sliced1  part  red  wine  vinegar
DIRECTIONS1 part olive oilcrushed garlicsalt and pepper
to  taste

cucumbers, feta cheese, olives, roma2  pinches  sugar
tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, 2 tablespoons
