2 cups (24) crushed crème-filled chocolateSoften gelatin in water; stir over low heat until
cookiesdissolved. Combine cream cheese and sugar,
6 tablespoons margarine, softenedmixing at medium speed on electric mixer until
Fillingwell blended. Gradually add gelatin and milk, mixing
1 envelope unflavored gelatinuntil blended.
¼ cup cold waterChill until mixture is thickened but not set. Fold in
1 8-oz pkg. cream cheese, softenedwhipped cream. Reserve 1 ½ cups cream
½ cup sugarcheese mixture; pour remaining cream cheese
¾ cup milkmixture over crust.
1 cup whipping cream, whippedTop with cookies and reserved cream cheese
1 ¾ cups (10) coarsely choppedmixture. Chill until firm.
