Three Cheese Potato Au Gratin

Ingredients:saucepan. Stir in flour with wire whisk
until smooth. Gradually stir in milk. Heat
½-cup Butterto boiling. Reduce heat to low; cook about 5
minutes, stirring often, until sauce is
½-cup All  purpose  flourslightly  thickened. Stir  in  salt.
3-cups MilkPlace half of the potatoes and half of onions
in baking dish; top with half of the sauce
1-teaspoon Saltand  half  of  the  cheeses. Repeat  layers.
1-small Onion,  dicedBake 55 minutes or until potatoes are tender
and top is golden brown. Let stand 10
10-cups (3 lbs.) Potatoes thinlyminutes  before  serving.
